We chose to renovate this house because it meets all the requirements of a dynamic and modern city dweller:

• Historic architecture, supplemented with today’s current design nuances
• Ideal location in the center of Riga
• Small apartment areas
• Great investment in the future, earning rental income today

In 2019 the building is purchased by our company and large-scale re-planning works are started. We have carried out extensive renovations, including the replacement of all engineering network structures. The facades have been restored, preserving all the elements of the facade created by the historical architect of the building Konstantin Peksen.

There will be new, modern elevators, staircases renovated, respecting and preserving the fine message from the past. Based on the tiles of Spanish manufacturers with geometric ornaments, supplemented with modern accents and lighting fixtures. Stair railings are carefully restored, paying attention to even the smallest details. The entrance door of each apartment has been made in accordance with the designer’s intention, finely framing the safe door construction.

We have created 108 apartments with an area of 18 – 47 sqm. They are designed with the convenience of the next owner in mind. The apartments have an impressive ceiling height of 3 meters. Already in the planning process, they provide for niches, construction of closets and storage, spacious bathrooms and well-thought-out kitchen areas.

The everyday life of a dynamic citizen is unimaginable without a bicycle, which is why we will create a spacious, lockable bicycle shed in the yard of the building.

We will create a nice relaxation area in the sunny yard, where after an active day to meet neighbors, or just enjoy the warm summer evenings.
