Historic architecture - for a modern townsman

You are welcome in the renovated apartment house at 14 Marijas Street

Welcome to the new project at 14 Marijas Street

Discover a new home in a historic house in the very center of Riga

The well-known architect Konstantīns Pēkšēns (1859-1928) has created a brilliant architectural gem, which is still visible, relevant and appreciated today. This is our renovated building at 14 Marijas Street.

Here we have created more than 100 apartments that meet the wishes of the townspeople. We offer units both with fully finished interiors and equipped bathrooms, as well as unfinished options — giving you the opportunity to realise your ideal vision with a customised design that perfectly suits your individual needs!
In 2025, top-floor mansard apartments will be available — where each day is bathed in natural light, openness, and a distinct charm.
Stay tuned for updates!

About the project

The building changed its shape over time, until 1901 the legendary architect Konstantīns Pēkšēns (1859-1928), who rebuilt the building in what can be seen today, became the architect of the building reconstruction. The building becomes a 5-storey apartment building, with shops and workshops at 1st floor.

The first data about the building at 14 Marijas Street, then Marienstrasse 10, have been found in the archives since 1896. when it was still a 2-storey, wooden house.

About the place

It is difficult to imagine a more energetic and lively intersection than Marija and Dzirnavu streets, where the Building is located – every Rigan knows how pulsating and lively it is, but at the same time the yard of the house is quiet, spacious and sunny.
There you can enjoy complete peace after a busy day.

A few minutes walk away are the pearls of Riga – the Opera House,
Vermane Garden, Berga Bazaar with its lovely cafes.
